Character Backstory a.ka. how or why are you here (One paragraph minimum, be creative! More backstory does not always mean a better app! Put thought into how they'll interact with others too!):

Coming from NY to Pittsburgh, one expects a much quieter, relaxed experience. Greenery on the horizon, less picky crowd, ready to stomach yet another Post-Punk Revival band and overall serenity compared to the endless race of Manhattan.

You don't quite expect to see a hobo eating somebody's face outside of the bus pulling up to it's final stop. Mike Dylan (Vocals, guitar, drums), Deshawn Jackson (Bass, drums), Anna Folley (Back vocals, guitar, drums) and Roscoe Shivington (Synth, drums, sound design) of the 'UN Trust' were definitely ready for their first series of gigs across state lines. They weren't ready for the hobo to not be willing to just let the guys go on about their business. Breaking a bass guitar against a crazed cannibal's head was only the beginning of the bad time they were about to have in this industrial city.

The emergency lines were busy, and nobody else seemed around to bother holding them, so everyone casually decided to never mention it again, rent a new guitar and move on. While the first was easily accomplished, the second was an issue due to unexpected, unforeseen and unreasonable amount of rioting, looting and cannibalistic murder that flooded the city's streets that day. Only then did it dawn on everyone involved: the fucking zombies are taking over! The gig was cancelled and a plan was decided: head to Cleveland, because nothing ever happens in Cleveland. (Almost) everyone unanimously decided to abandon the heaviest gear, synth included. They threatened to leave Roscoe behind when he asked to help him carry the synth, so it was too left on the sidewalk.

They left the city next morning, bloodied, tired and without Deshawn. Now they had an excuse to add trio to the band's name. In hindsight, expecting Cleveland to not succumb to the apocalypse was naive. There was no bus or train to catch back to NY, nobody had money for a flight and constant shoot outs between looters, cannibals, police and US forces near Canadian border overall limited their mobility. They were stuck, in other words. Barricading themselves in the nearest hipster bar, the gang elected to try and wait the disaster out alongside bar's staff, some patrons and another band that had a gig there before it all went to shit - 'The Trams'.

Throughout the week, as the survivors tried to scavenge themselves a livelihood, The Trams lost all of their line-up to a raging crowd of the dead and Anna was shot trying to bash a looter's head in with a stratocaster. Now, the duet was intent on escaping Cleveland like pretty much everybody since it's founding and about two months later, everyone hot-headed and cold-blooded managed to kill or eat each other, giving UN Trust Duo, Bartender Jerome Black and Waitress Alice Silverstein a window they needed to leave.

With their meager possessions in tow, they set out for the city limits. In hindsight, it was not quite a window but a ventilation duct, the one not designed to support an adult crawling through it. Roscoe escaped the city alone. A 19 year old sophomore, next Kurt Cobain, watched the city burn from the trees, holding onto a gun instead of a mic or his yamaha. He actually wondered if it was better or worse than being stuck in a blue collar job he was studying for. The vote went to worse.

One break down later, Roscoe gathered his strength and realized that it was time to start planning long term. Heading west to Detroit was suicide, back south was Pittsburgh. Canadians across the water probably closed the border down and were ready to firebomb anyone who tried to breach. With not many options, he decided to stay near Cleveland. A reinforced shack in the suburbs, weekly raids for supplies, sleeping in the attic with a gun, the usual.

Months passed, situation did not improve for the world or Cleveland. Roscoe and whoever else still lived emptied the stores, put the infected down and soon it was time to hit the road to the next town and do it all again. After four years since civilization ended, Roscoe found himself in Minnesota...
