Zero Hour RP

Instead of having to apply for zombies on the special char auth thread why don't we just make a separate thread so people can apply for the Zombie whitelist?

I'm not sure what this would accomplish past micromanage more things. The character request forum is meant for both infected applications and normal characters. If someone wants to apply for a special infected they can do that as well as just common infected there as well. I'm not sure I understand what splitting the forums up would accomplish.

I dunno, just seems better in the organization aspect
