I feel like the most appropriate action would be to create a new character for this application, but it has slight +support from me

Given the overwhelming community support, as well as with admin input, I'm willing to change my neutral to a +support, in effect, also accepting this app. With the added caveat that this is grafted onto another character and not the existing one, as I agree with hyane. Unless any other admins have any objections, this is the call I'm going to make.
