Might I suggest looking at how short stories and novels are written if you're wanting to do something regarding this rather then doing something like a journal entry and his own view of the whole situation. Legion brought up some good points regarding the details of the story, to be frank majority of readers don't care about the exact details of things within the story, they care more about how the story flows and the actual plotline. I think you could make this pretty good if you move away from the almost in-game roleplay chat formatting and the Michael Bay type of action. --Nice Lamborghini--

Might I also suggest for the developer to combine addon packs? Only reason I suggest it as it'll make the content more appealing and you may come to find yourself removing some packs that you don't necessarily need at the time being. As well as you have two different police addons [ECPD and GTA V] which you could probably take one over the other as they are just simple uniforms.

[Character Backstory - 2 Paragraphs]: Frankie Basilone didn’t have the best child life as he was an only child and his parents worked day and night in order to keep his family afloat. He was born in the ghetto’s of Denver, Colorado in which led him to an early life of crime. He never did anything to big other then shoplifting here and there and the occasional fight with the school yard bully. Once Frankie moved into high school his parents were sick of dealing with him and gave him the option of either going into the military or being completely cut off by the time he graduates. Frankie decided it was for the best to join the Army the first day of his senior year. He enlisted into the delayed entry program to allow his contract to be fully determined by the time of his graduation, Basilone worked day in and day out both physically and mentally as he prepared for the time ahead. During his time in BCT and AIT he was one that kept to himself unless the given directions to work with his unit. He wasn't some PT stud or the top of his class but he pushed through and completed the tasks given to him. Once he graduated and made it to his unit he didn’t really change other then to come to like a couple of his brothers in arms.. Basilone was nicknamed ‘Whiskey’ as he could chug alcohol like it was water and was unpredictable when it came to life outside the wire.
